Functional Nutritional Therapy
We will do a deep dive into the status of your foundational health and address your concerns and goals. I will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and meet with you to discuss. Prior to the consultation, you will complete:
- Initial interview with health history evaluation
- Food diary evaluation
- Online Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) (in depth questionnaire to examine early warning signs and symptoms and areas in need of support)
This package also includes:
- 90 minutes initial consultation (via Zoom) to discuss the findings of the assessment and plan a protocol for any areas of support, recommendations, information and resources.
- One hour follow up session to discuss progress.
